Warning: In compliance with the enforceable regulations and for the safety of attendants, guests and staff, all necessary measures against COVID-19, as well as any other threat to public health, shall be applied.

Dress Code.

No flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, uncovered torsos, and / or football / basketball team jerseys, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensitivities, are allowed into the premises of the venue.Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not allowed (except ladies’ handbags) inside the premises. There is no cloakroom available at the venue.

Lost Property.

Hï Ibiza: please claim any lost property at our security office, which is open from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 & 19:00. The security office is located at Hï Ibiza. You can find it on the right-hand side of the venue: walk through the car park and enter via the side entrance. Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Hï Ibiza. Ushuaïa Ibiza: please claim any lost property at the Hotel Reception Desk, during its usual opening hours. Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Ushuaïa Ibiza. Children of the 80’s at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza: please claim any lost property at the Hotel Reception Desk, during its usual opening hours. Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Children of the 80’s at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown, which are found at the venue, will be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days before being delivered to the Guardia Civil (Spanish Military Police), who will take over responsibility, recording everything on a register, with reference to the main characteristics and the day and location they were found. Unless the venue is closed or in extreme circumstances, a specific timetable for picking up by e-mail may be agreed between both parties.

Access.

The entrance to a place of public gathering such as this venue takes sole responsibility for each client that accesses it, there is an obligation on behalf of the company to provide accessibility for disabled people and the distribution of the first aid kit for accidents, but not so for the aggravation of chronic diseases.
